Refund Policy

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Any faulty items can be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If only part of an item/s is faulty, please return the whole item/s in the original packaging and inclusive of all manuals and/or accessories. Please supply a RMA number on return of item/s. A courier service will be sent to collect the item at no additional cost to you.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Returns Process Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and provided bags and placed inside the box used for shipping.

Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with any product seals intact.

We will not accept any lingerie and swimwear returns that have been worn or are soiled. Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals in place and in unopened and undamaged product packaging.

Jewelery must be returned with all branded packaging and documents provided with it intact and unopened.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

Returns Pick Up

We offer a free returns collection service for any purchases that meet with the conditions of our Returns Policy.

To book a free returns pick-up please email our customer service team. You will receive a collection confirmation email with all the details of the return.

Please note: We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same country your order was delivered to.
