Some of the most common questions we are asked are answered below, however please contact us if your question is not listed and our customer service team will do their best to answer all your questions.

Will my order be shipped in more than one parcel?

Your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments, especially if it is a large order, as items are stored in multiple warehouses.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 24 - 48 hours from receipt of payment on business days. You can typically expect to receive your order(s) within 1-4 weeks. Please be advised that if you ordered more than one item, each item might come from a different supplier meaning that packages might arrive on different days.

Do I have to pay any customs fees?

In most cases, there will be no customs, taxes or duties fees, but please note that we are not responsible for any such fees if incurred, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my delivery options?

We offer only standard shipping, which attracts no additional cost at check out. All shipments are sent prepaid, so there are no unexpected taxes or fees on delivery.

How secure is your site?

We take payment security very seriously, all payments are verified by our providers to help prevent fraud.

Can I amend my order?

No. Our systems are automated and once an order is confirmed, amendments are not accepted. Please check that all your details are correct before placing any order. If you have further issues please email our customer service team direct.

Where is my order?

After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

How can I track my package?

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipment details.

Can I return or exchange an item?

What if I received a defective item?

If you discover a defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please check the country list on checkout.

Can you deliver to a BFPO or to a PO Box address?

No. Please use an alternate address.

How long does shipping take?

Standard (US) -Arrives in 2-5 business days
Canada - Arrives in 3-10 business days
Worldwide Standard Shipping - Arrives in 4 - 12 business days

How can I pay?

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments.

Can I buy gift cards online?

At this time we are not offering this service.

I haven't received all of my order?

Please send us an email of your invoice and what is missing so that we can help you further.
 

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please email us and we will either issue a refund or you can order the correct product. We will send someone to collect the item that should be intact and in its original packaging. This is done at no additional cost to you.
